The multifaceted actress Sumbul Iqbal is coming out of her comfort zone to do more challenging roles. The actress who is often termed Pakistani television fraternity’s favourite damsel in distress is coming back to our TV screens with upcoming drama Aik Thi Rania.
Produced by 7th Sky Entertainment, Aik Thi Rania is based on a novel written by Madiha Shahid. It will be directed by Abdullah Badini.
She will be seen as a strong-willed university student who’ll face hurdles but will still stand up for her rights. Ek Thi Raina will air soon on Geo TV.
