Waheed Murad is one of the biggest stars of Pakistan. His family has always been a part of the public’s life though Waheed Murad passed away when he was very young. Another tragedy just hit the Murad family as the matriarch of the house Salma Murad passed away after a long illness. Waheed and Salma’s son Adil Murad had shared the news of his mother’s passing.
Talking to a journalist, Adil Murad revealed that he was back in Pakistan to see is ailing mom. He left on Friday and she died the following Sunday. Adil shared that she felt a bit better after seeing him. She had been suffering from severe dementia and her condition was very complicated. Since Adil had just come back, he could not go back to Pakistan when his mom died.

He also cleared the air about rumours that he had left Pakistan due to fighting with his mom. He said that he settled abroad in 1992 and after his family faced a robbery attempt and guns were pointed at his children, he again decided to leave Pakistan. HE added that there was no fight with his mother and his family shifting abroad was a mutual decision.
