Jerjees Seja is the CEO of ARY Digital and he sat with Ahmad Ali Butt and made certain revelations about the mainstream media industry.
Journalism in Pakistan is a sensitive topic these days as people are not allowed to speak the truth though journalism basically means speaking the truth. Like other news channels, ARY News has also faced pressures and Jerjees talked about if journalism is alive in Pakistan or not. He shared that there are good journalists in the industry still and journalism basically means standing for the truth but there are pressures and things do keep changing from time to time.

He also revealed how Jeeto Pakistan came into being. He shared that they wanted to start a show to compete with Aamir Liaquat’s show and they lined up the whole concept. They even convinced Fahad Mustafa to leave his morning show and join Jeeto Pakistan. Jerjees Seja also revealed that advertisers emailed them to not take Fahad Mustafa as he is too boring. They however, faith in the show they had created and Fahad proved everyone wrong with his energy.
