Aijaz Aslam is a brilliant Pakistani television actor who got famous through his popular serial Kashkol in which he played the character of Roshoo. Aijaz Aslam also got fame though his modelling back in nineties. His recent hit serials are Shizza, Nand and Cheekh. Aijaz Aslam, recently, opened up about his early age marriage in The Insta Show with Mathira. He was of the view that marriage should be a conscious decision of an individual after taking time.
Aijaz Aslam said, “I was too young when my parents fixed my marriage, I got married too early, when they saw me doing modelling and acting they settled me, I had three sisters who were settled, I was the only son so I had a lot of family pressure, I was focused towards my career but in previous times (15 years ago) it was a trend to get settled early, nowadays, it’s good that even girls are focused on career and getting married late, I personally think that marriage should not be done early, one has to learn a lot in life through experiences and, only by seeing the world and interacting with people one can know about a lot of things, that’s how people can choose and judge better for their life. In our society, kids get married in family pressure, especially in Pakistan, marriages are done between the two families, the poor couple becomes answerable to two families and their private life gets disturbed”.
