The latest incident occurred in the Icchra market Lahore where a woman was harassed by fanatics for wearing a shirt with Arabic calligraphy. The fanatics termed it blasphemy and were trying to lynch the woman. Police came and secured the lady but later on made that lady sit between those fanatics and apologize for wearing a kurta.
People all over the country are scared not just because of the way this incident occurred but also by the way police handled it and made the innocent apologize to the perpetrators.
