Saqib Malik is a famous Pakistani filmmaker, producer and Director. He has so far directed numerous hit musical videos including Khumaj, Na Re Na, Love Mein Gum (song), Laghzish E Mastana and others. His recent claim to the fame project was the feature film Baaji which was released in 2019. Baaji The Film was directed by Saqib Malik and produced by his Production company Page 33 Films. The film featured a star cast and it was a hit movie. Saqib Malik is Parveen Malik’s son and model & actor Adnan Malik is his younger brother.
Recently, Saqib Malik appeared in Dawn News’ show Aap Ki Kahani with Deepak Parwani. In the show, he talked about his experience working with Meera Ji in Baaji.
Talking about it, he said, “It was a great experience working with Meera. Meera was great. A lot of stories were made, rumours were being spread, people talked a lot about Meera, but let’s just say that the film was successfully completed, it grabbed the screens and it became successful. It was a labour of love. I would love to work with Meera again because she’s extremely talented. She has an expressive face. Her face talks a lot. You don’t have to do much with her face that has thousand of stories to tell. Meera comes with great energy on the set but her drawback is that she is easy to manipulate, she believes others too easily. She is superstitious as well. She gives importance to the hearsays, but otherwise ask anyone, the amount of appreciation Meera got through Baaji is amazing, it is because of her hard work.
