Internet can make or break people and with the advent of social media, anyone can go viral within minutes. That is what happened to Hazim Bangwar, the Assistant Commissioner of North Nazimabad in Karachi. He comes from a privileged background and was pursuing his career in music when he decided that he wants to do something for his country and took the PMS exam in Sindh. He passed and as soon as he was posted, he went viral because of his fashion and the way he carries himself.
Hazim was called names and he was trending on social media as this is a free world and people can give their opinions. He gave an interview recently to Aamna Haider Isani on her YouTube channel where he addressed the criticism he got on his looks.
Hazim said that as soon as he got viral he was being chased by the media. Everyone had questions and he got to hear a lot of things. What came to his mind during all this was that he has no control over how he looks. He did not create himself or he is not responsible for how he was brought up and he was still getting all this hate from everywhere.
