Talking about his introduction to Islam, Honey Singh said, “I shifted to Mohali in 2007, I didn’t have work at that time. In Punjab, I got a chance to meet religious people. I was only a music producer at that time. So! When I came to Punjab, I was introduced to Islam through many religious clerics, I was an atheist back then. I took extensive knowledge about islam through those religious people. I got to know about the Prophets Moses and Prophet Jesus. I got knowledge about Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.W). I just used to hear them talking. I wasn’t popular at that time, no one knew Honey Singh. I had questions about religion which were answered by those religious saints or Sufis. Later on, I got fame, money and everything in my life. It was the time when I forgot to thank God and started glorifying Satanic powers, which was wrong on my part. Now!
