Saleem Sheikh comes from a very influental showbiz family. His brother Javed Sheikh, brother in law Behroze Sabzwari, nephews Shahroz Sabzwari and Shahzad Sheikh and niece Momal Sheikh are all established stars. He himself has a great film career and an equally successful drama career to his credit. He is also a business owner and fans have always loved him in every role.
Saleem Sheikh has been back with a bang and he has been doing some good projects but a few years back he went through a big health scare. He fell severely ill and he lost all his weight and his family was also super scared for him. Saleem Sheikh has made a full recovery since then and now once again looks healthy and fit.
In an interview with Wasi Shah, Saleem revealed how he fought that illness. He said that when you get sick, the trauma is not just physical but emotional as well. One needs to be emotionally strong and that is what he did. He shared that he made himself forget the illness and he kept working and going through his normal routine which brought him back to life.
