The government immediately banned the sale of new prize bond of Rs 25,000. From May 31, 2021, prize bonds of 25,000 will be unusable.
According to the Finance Division, these bonds can be exchanged from 16 branches of 5 banks including SBP, National Bank.
Bonds can be converted from National Savings into Special Savings or Defense Savings Certificates.
