According to Aaj News, Khalil ur Rehman Qamar was kidnapped by a gang for ransom and he was also beaten up. Khalil ur Rehman Qamar was released later on but he has not contacted the police to register an FIR. Police have found the gang and they have traced them and police officers are asking Khalil ur Rehman Qamar to register an FIR against them.

Khalil ur Rehman Qamar has now registered an FIR. He was lured in by a woman named Aamna to a place in Sundar, Lahore. He went to meet her for a drama that she wanted him to write. On reaching the location, men with guns took away his cash, watch and made him transfer 2.5 lakh rupees from his account.
