Find out exactly how many weeks and days pregnant you are today — plus your baby's size, what's developing this week, and what symptoms to expect.
Enter the first day of your last period
Pregnancy is measured in gestational weeks, counted from the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP) — not from the date of conception. This means at the moment of fertilisation (around week 2), you are already technically "2 weeks pregnant" by medical counting.
To find your current week: count the days from your LMP to today, then divide by 7. The whole number is your completed weeks, the remainder is extra days. So 67 days from LMP = 9 weeks and 4 days pregnant.
Pakistan note: Doctors at hospitals in Pakistan typically confirm gestational age at the booking appointment (8–10 weeks) using an ultrasound. The scan measurement may adjust your dates by a few days. Always use your doctor's confirmed date for medical decisions.
