Preparations of Mard March in Full Flow
Along with all the controversies and problems on 8th march International Women’s day peaceful mobs of women and men marched on roads in major cities and named it Aurat March. They were holding banners and posters with powerful sentences written on them Aurat march took place to tell the world that how fed up women are because of oppression and through out the country many people talked against Aurat March at the same time many men came forward in the support of Aurat march. Khalil-Ur-Rehman Qamar’s controversy is one of the most highlighted issue that took place before Aurat March. KRQ abusing Marvi Sarmad on live television gave rise and diverted some extra attraction of people towards Aurat March and the slogan Mera Jism Meri Merzi. People interpreted the slogan according to their own mental level. Some took it negatively while others took it positively. As a result of Aurat (woman) March now some men are also preparing for Mard (men) March.
