“Mera Jisam Meri Marzi” is creating hype on television and social media. Some are supporting it, while others are getting negative meaning from it. Is this for equality and justice? Why don’t we make it a simple slogan so that everyone can understand exactly what we want?
We as women should know our boundaries. Islam gives us equal rights and respect, but also men are superior to women. Men are responsible for earning money and it’s women’s duty to take good care of her house and family.
On current issue of Aurat March 2020, Veena Malik tweeted her point of view. She is totally against this march. According to her, women are demanding to live life the way they want, to wear whatever they want, and to do what they like to do. No one should judge them for wearing western dresses. But in fact, it’s wrong.
Veena also commented on Mahira Khan. She believes that Mahira is living her life the way she exactly wants, and still, she needs equality. What wrong with famous news anchors who are supporting their sisters in Aurat March.
