Chahat Fateh Ali Khan is a viral Pakistani social media sensation and entertainer who is known for his hilarious singing. Well, the singer has been making headlines for many years but in 2024, he became insanely popular because of his hit song Bado Badi that trended internationally and grabbed 28 million views, however, the video was taken down by YouTube due to the copyright issues. Chahat Fateh Ali Khan’s fans are upset about the song’s removal from YouTube. Everybody is asking the questions to the singer regarding the song’s deletion.
Lately, the singer made an appearance in ARY News’s Har Lamha Purjosh, through video call. In the show, Waseem Badami asked a question regarding Bado Badi removal from YouTube. He asked, “Why was your song taken down by the YouTube”.
Replying to Waseem Badami’s question, Chahat Fateh Ali Khan said, “When I uploaded this song on YouTube, I received a letter after 10 days that a company has claimed the copyright of this song. I also wrote a letter to them and replied that the song and composition belong to me, don’t do this to me as I have been running a channel since last eleven years and now Alhamdulillah, my channel is also doing great, they have just removed this particular song. I have gotten a lot of subscribers after my song Bado Badi went viral. Now, they have sent me another letter that it was sung by legendary Noor Jehan, and they have claimed the copyrights so we are deleting it. I don’t know how they are saying it because my composition is different from Madam Noor Jahan’s song”. He further said that he was asked by the grandson of the musician to give them credits but it was solely his song. Here is the link to the video:
