Yasir Nawaz is among the biggest director of Pakistani dramas. He has worked in many hit projects as an actor and he is also a very successful director now. He loves to involve himself in details and all his dramas do good regardless of how strong or weak the script was. He worked with Feroze Khan in Chup Raho and shared the BTS of that show.
Yasir Nawaz was a guest on Ushna Shah’s show and he was asked about launching the career of now super star Feroze Khan. Feroze Khan is the brother of Humaima Malick who was a big name back then and he was working as a VJ at that time. With Chup Raho started his phenomenal career.
Yasir Nawaz said that his assistant told him to cast this new boy who is also Humaima’s brother. He gave her his number and told her to ask Feroze to call him. He then spoke to Feroze Khan for half an hour and cast him in Chup Raho which went on to become a blockbuster and served as a perfect launch pad for Feroze’s illustrious career.
