Malala Yousafzai is a Pakistani activist for female education and a Nobel Peace Prize winner. She is also the world’s youngest Nobel Prize laureate, and second Pakistani. She is known for human rights advocacy, especially the education of women and children in her native Swat Valley in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, northwest Pakistan, where the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan had at times banned girls from attending school and Her advocacy has grown into an international movement.
Malala Yousafzai has recently announced the news of her Nikkah on Twitter. She has tied the knot with Asser Malik who is General Manager of PCB’s High Performance and Co-founder LMS Pakistan. She has also shared some pictures from the nikkah ceremony with the caption “Today marks a precious day in my life. Asser and I tied the knot to be partners for life. We celebrated a small nikkah ceremony at home in Birmingham with our families. Please send us your prayers. We are excited to walk together for the journey ahead”.
