Alizeh Shah is one of the top actresses in the drama industry right now. She started out in the industry as a child star and appeared in an advertisement at the age of 6 years old. She later on starred in her first movie Superstar alongside Mahira Khan and Bilal Ashraf at the age of 16. It was a big opportunity for the young starlet and she was noticed for her good performance. Alizeh Shah then appeared in Ehd e Wafa opposite Ahad Raza Mir taking her onwards and upwards.
Alizeh revealed in a recent interview that she was not too keen on starring in Superstar at that time. She said that her family was not too okay with her acting in a film neither was she ready to star in a movie. She feels an actor should learn certain things and groom accordingly before appearing into films and that was her thought at the time.
She shared that it was Momina Duraid who helped her understand that it was a great movie and she should sign on and that is when she signed Superstar, an opportunity she cherishes now.
Alizeh however may not be seen in a Pakistani film for 4-5 years. Here is what she said:
