Mohabbat Gumshuda Meri is a young romance with a new pairing of Khushhal Khan and Dananeer Mobeen as the leads. This is Dananer Mobeen’s first lead character and she is shining as Zubia.
Dananeer recently gave an interview to Fuchsia Magazine about the drama and how she said yes to this script after rejecting several others. She shared that her parents also read the scripts offered to her and helped her in choosing her work. Dananeer also revealed the changes she made to the script and how they have translated on the screen.
She revealed that according to the script, Zubia would get rude with her parents when they do not support her love for Saim. Dananeer said that she changed that in the script as she did not want to portray that a girl simply starts getting rude with her family who generally only gives her love. She said that this change also looked better on screen and more people were able to relate to Zubia.
