Saheefa Jabbar Khattak started out in the world of modelling and she was doing great as she worked with all the big brands and broke so many barriers. She later on came towards acting and she was able to convince the audience how good she can be. She has also hosted shows and she is among the most loved influencers on Instagram from Pakistan. Saheefa has not been appearing in dramas lately as she was not satisfied with the scripts but now she is making a comeback with a Ramadan drama Rafta Rafta on Green TV.
Saheefa was a guest on Mazaq Raat and like always talked about the importance of mental health and getting help if needed. She also pointed out one of the most important barriers to seeking help and that is a huge amount of fee that people can generally not afford. She said people do not have 3000 rupees per session for three days a week. So, many people are simply not able to afford help. For those people, others who are influential should make communities and safe spaces where they can open up and feel better about their emotions.

Saheefa said that the lady came up to them and insulted her for a whole 5 minutes on how women who work in the showbiz are not respectful but before she went away, she clicked a selfie with Saheefa.
