Haseeb Khan is an actor, writer as well as a teacher. He is a professor and motivational speaker and he has a real time experience and camaraderie with youngsters. He was a guest on Masarrat Misbah’s show and he talked about how kids are set up for failures and how societal expectations and parents accelerate this process of failure.
Haseeb said that parents keep too much expectations from their children. 90% marks and topping in academics becomes the sole criteria for excellence and as all children are not alike, these expectations set children up to feel like failures.
