Farah Sadia is a famous Pakistani television actor and host. She rose to fame through the famous PTV drama serial Bandhan. She played the second lead character in the drama serial. After Bandhan’s phenomenal success, Farah Sadia also appeared in Muskurahat and Kaffara. She hosted the morning show on ATV and APlus for around fifteen years. Farah Sadia is a highly qualified person; she is a PHD degree holder. Farah Sadia has recently made a comeback in acting with Hum TV’s famous drama serial Muhabbat Gumshuda Meri. Farah Sadia was married to the actor Iqbal Hussain who is a successful television director, now married to the famous Bushra Ansari. Farah and Iqbal Hussain have two grown up sons. The couple got divorced in 2013.

Talking about her struggles, Farah Sadia said, “I got married soon after my debut acting project, which was a phenomenal hit. Obviously, after marriage, your house becomes your first priority so you spend the time in settlement and other things. I did not avail many notable opportunities because of my family. I didn’t want to disturb my family life. I was also studying during that time. Although, I had to work for some time but went on a long break because of my kids as I was looking after them. I preferred a stationed morning show because it was the most suitable job for me. Women give a lot of sacrifices in life and career but they are not acknowledged for their sacrifices”.
