Syed Noor is a brilliant Pakistani film director who started his career as a film writer and assistant director. His notable films include Choorian, Jeeva, Sangam, Sargam, Majajan, Tere Bajre Ki Rakhi and others. Choorian was his all time blockbuster movie. Majajan was also a biggest hit. The director is married to the Choorian lead Saima Khan.
Lately, Syed Noor made an appearance in Samaa TV’s show Coffee with Samaa. In the show, he opened up about his love with Saima, announcement of second marriage with her, Saima’s struggles as a step mother and her religious side.
Talking about his love story, Syed Noor said, “We developed a liking for each other, our film went successful, we started working together on other projects, we developed an understanding too, once I picked her up for our shooting, now we were taking and I held her hand, she instantly replied, “Now that you have hold my hand, never leave it”, after which it became my test as a lover to stand by her, so I decided to hold her hand forever”
Talking about Rukhsana Noor’s reaction on his second marriage, Syed Noor said, “Rukhsana was a very courageous woman, she was quite upset and disturbed after my second marriage but later on she realized that I am true in my love so she allowed me to give Saima all her legal rights as wife, it was the time when I declared my second marriage after her approval”.
Talking about Saima’s struggles as Stepmom, he said, “My elder daughters went abroad after getting married sooner after Rukhsana’s death, they didn’t accept Saima, my son Shazil was quite young, it was Saima who started looking after him, and then after that my kids developed love for Saima because my daughters also came to know that she is quite devoted to me, my son and my family”.
Talking about changes in Saima after marriage, he said that Saima has become very much caring, she is so religious now, she doesn’t leave a single prayer and she has become closer to Allah. Here is the link to the video:
