Adnan Siddiqui is a famous television actor, host and producer. He got timeless recognition in the early nineties with acclaimed drama serial Uroosa with Mishi Khan. His other popular dramas are Zaib Un Nisa, Ishq Junoon Deewangi, Mere Paas Tum Ho, Yeh Dil Mera and others . Fans also admired his acting as Ahmed Zaryab in Hum TV’s classic drama series Khusbo Mein Basay Khat. He is currently getting praise for his impeccable performance in Gentleman.
The actor recently gave an interview from the sets of his drama serial Gentleman which was uploaded by the YouTube channel of Next Level Entertainment.
In the short interview regarding Gentleman, Adnan Siddiqui shared details about the making of Rehmati’s character. He said, “We all sat down together and discussed how Rehmati’s look, style and attitude should be. Me, Sana, Haissam, and Humayun discussed it in detail. I have copied it from my friend who eats tobacco like this and also wears Surma and jewellery, so, I took the inspiration from him. Many people will now say this character is resembling an Indian character, what can I say regarding this,its good that they are comparing it with a good work, the good thing is that I haven’t deliberately copied it but it happened which is okay because obviously it was just a character and he didn’t have copyrights of that particular character”
