Sakina Samo is a veteran actress and director of Pakistani drama industry. She is known for performing the most realistic characters on screen and she has also been a face behind the camera for several projects. Sakina Samo is also very vocal against oppression that women face and she has been raising her voice for Gaza quite actively.
Sakina Samo was a guest on Madeha Naqvi’s show and she spoke about her marriage that did not work out and she also had advice for people with children who are considering remarriage. Sakina said that she knows that Islam allows a woman to marry again and for many women who are financially dependent on men, marriage is a necessity but if you are a mother with children and your marriage ends, you should concentrate on your kids and do not get married again. The same advice she gave to divorced men as well because step-parents are a disaster for children.
She also spoke about her own marriage. She revealed that hers was a love marriage and the kindness of her ex-husband was what she fell for but with time a person opens up and that kindness just disappears.
