Firdous Jamal is a famous veteran Pakistani television, theater & film actor. He has earned huge fame through his popular television projects including the hit serials like Waris, Manchalay Ka Sauda, Sayebaan Seeshey Ka, Anaa and Pyare Afzal. The ace actor has performed in unlimited hit dramas till date. Firdous Jamal has two sons and one daughter. In December 2022, the actor was diagnosed with cancer. Now, he has pretty much recovered from his illness.
Firdous Jamal has recently given an interview to the YouTuber and digital creator Ambreen Fatima. In the interview he informed that he has left his family and has gone into isolation.
Talking about it, Firdous Jamal said, “I have left my family after I recovered from the cancer because I didn’t want my family to suffer because of me. Sometimes, you become the reason for others’pain and I didn’t want that. Also, my kids are now settled. I know that they are doing good on their own”.
Talking about his family’s reaction, Firdous Jamal said, “I think my family is quite peaceful without me. I have always been quite fond of isolation and now I don’t want to create hurdles for others just because of myself”.
Talking about the Hum TV ban after his controversial statements, Firdous Jamal said, “Hum TV or any other person is not the provider and sustainer of mankind. Allah gives Rizq to the humans and I have gotten a lot of work, success and respect”.
Talking about his statements and reactions, he said, “I stand by my opinions regarding actors because I said what I felt. I didn’t hide my feelings, my kids or others may have their own opinions. I can only talk on my behalf and I don’t have a habit of hiding my feelings or thoughts”.
