Pakistani society loves weddings and this is expressed every year when the whole season is dedicated just to weddings. Marriage is a beautiful institution and important for sure but it is not the end of the world. We have all seen many women going through physical and emotional abuse around us who remain in those toxic relationships due to society’s fear. A Pakistani woman Azima Ihsan is breaking these stereotypes but giving herself a second chance at life.
Azima Ihsan is a content creator and shared a video of herself dancing at a wedding. She danced to Coke Studio’s Maghroon Laa and revealed that she is divorced and still thriving. She wrote in a caption that she knew when she was walking out of a relationship that she will be judged and it still happens. But she is happy, thriving and literally dancing through life.
