Love Guru is an upcoming Pakistani romantic comedy film which is releasing on this Eid ul Azha 2025. The film is directed by Nadeem Baig and it has been written by Vasay Chaudhry, it stars Mahira Khan and Humayun Saeed in lead roles. The film features the life of a self proclaimed love guru who gets involved in a London based architect Sofia. Love Guru has been produced by ARY Films and Six Sigma Plus and Salman Iqbal is an executive producer of the film. The film was shot in London and Karachi. Fans loved the star-studded cast and humorous trailer of the film.
Currently, Humayun Saeed and Mahira Khan are in the USA where they are promoting their upcoming film Love Guru. The two are giving replies to all important questions regarding the film. Producer and actor Humayun Saeed also revealed the budget of the film.
Replying to the question about the movie’s budget, Humayun Saeed said, “Budget wasn’t that big — we spent 28 crores on this movie. It’s a Pakistani film so this amount is nothing compared to Bollywood. Our dramas that you watch also have a very limited budget. Don’t talk about the budget — please, just tell me, is the quality good? It should look like a 100 crore movie, even if the budget is 30.” Fans loved the budget and also responded by saying that although Pakistani dramas have limited budgets, they are still the best in the world.
He He further added, “We need more screens in order to do good business. The films that did well — including Maula Jatt, JPNA 2, Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad, Punjab Nahi Jaungi, and London Nahi Jaunga — were released on just 100 to 120 screens. Imagine if we had more screens. Also, people come to watch quality content.”
