Talking to the press in Lahore, Humayun Saeed revealed about the earnings he is expecting from Love Guru keeping the response of public and market in mind. He also said that Mahira Khan’s presence is a plus point for him and film.
Talking to press, Humayun Saeed said, “I always set a reasonable target in my mind, but I my films usually end up doing better than that. Now, if I start thinking that the film will do 100 or 150 crores, and it doesn’t reach that mark, I’ll feel disappointed. I hope Love Guru earns around 50 crores in Pakistan, that would be enough for me. He further added, “The response so far has been very good — maybe even more so because of Mahira, and also because we’re coming back after ten years. After the international promotion, we are hopeful that this film will do great business and people will come to watch it.”
