Recently, the senior actor was attacked by the strangers on motorway during his journey to Rahimyar Khan from Lahore. The actor took a wrong turn on motorway and was hit by a bike after which the travelers attacked him and beaten him up.
Rashid Mehmood shared video on Tiktok. In the video, he said, “You can see my face — today, I have been beaten up badly. I was saved by a kind-hearted man. Today, I was on my way to Rahim Yar Khan to pick up my wife. I was following the signboards but accidentally took a wrong turn. Suddenly, a speeding motorbike came in front of me and collided with my vehicle. I knew they were gonna hit me. They all fell down but fortunately didn’t get injured. Right after that, they all started beating me. They punched me in the face and chest, snatched my ID card, and looked like dacoits.They didn’t know me. They even tried to take me with them, but a kind-hearted man recognized me and intervened. Later, someone guided me, and I managed to reach the house. I also called 15 (police). They beat me severely and destroyed my car. What could I do? I was all alone, and yes — it was my mistake. And this is what happened to me.
