Mehwish Hayat and Hira Mani are currently garnering praise for their hit prime time drama serial Dayan. The drama serial is also getting good TRPs and views. Dayan is written by Fatima Faizan and Amber Azhar. It has been directed by Tere Bin fame director Siraj Ul Haq. The drama has been produced by 7th Sky Entertainment and it is one of the grand productions of Geo Entertainment.
Geo TV has so far aired 36 episodes of Dayan. Fans are invested in the engaging storyline and the star cast. Mehwish Hayat’s bold, modern and beautiful looks are under discussion. Fans are also liking Hira Mani’s Saree collections and other desi outfits. However in the recent episode, viewers have criticized Mehwish Hayat for wearing a long skirt without the bottom. Dayan viewers expressed their disappointment over the bold dressing of the leading ladies. A viewer said, “Hira Mani’s deep neckline looks extremely vulgar on a 75-inch LED screen. Misha’s legs don’t bother viewers as much because feet don’t draw as much attention, but the neckline shouldn’t be so deep.” Another remarked, “Mr. Director, at least give Nihal a pajama. Let Pakistani dramas remain true to their identity. Focus on quality, not on shortening clothes.” Another commented, “Earlier, dramas used to feature longer shirts with trousers. Now the actresses don’t even wear trousers and if they wear, the bottom wears are almost invisible. These actors have forgotten their culture.
