Nadia Jamil is an actress and activist. She has always been vocal about issues regarding war, children and social values of society. She has also been vocal about her own pain and what she has done to overcome it. She has given addresses and attended workshops and she was recently spotted at Al Mawrid women’s Society. She discussed a much talked about topic of women pampering their life partners.
Nadia Jamil spoke about her own son and how she noticed that he once asked his fiance to make a plate for him. She stopped this and asked him to make a plate for himself. She added that though her husband and herself have always inculcated values of equality in their children, they do get influenced by their environments.
Nadia Jamil went on to advise women to not become mothers of their husbands. Men should do their daily tasks themselves. This statement has stated a debate on the internet on how much a woman should do for her man.
