Parwarish airing on ARY Digital is an important drama that managed to win the audience. It is all about the problems of parenting and the challenges of the younger generation. It has been quite relatable for many and fans are loving how the story has been progressing. Though the drama has largely received love, there has been some backlash too.
Wali and Maya in Parwarish are played by Samar Jafri and Aina Asif. Their love story is one of the main sub-plots of this drama, the two youngsters who are passionately in love. They go out on dates, meet each other in secret and the world is standing against them. Director of Parwarish Meesam Naqvi has addressed showing teenage romance on TV. He shared that this drama is not about teenage romance but since teenagers all over the world do get attracted to their peers and get into relationships and they wanted to show this reality on TV. He added this has always happened and parents generally control it by force but relationships and romance still happen. He wanted to show that this issue should not be a taboo and parents should be able to speak to their kids about relationships.
