Abubakr Shak is a newcomer in the drama industry. He has come all the way from London to make a career in Pakistan. He got fame after his accent in the drama Khudsar went viral. He was playing Babar Ali’s son who has a lot of issues with his father’s choices and his unnatural accent was noticed by netizens.
Abubakr was a guest on Mathira’s show and he spoke about his newfound fame, the fact that he is not a Pakistani and he is here on a visa and that both his Urdu and English are good if you ask anyone from the UK. Abubakr spoke about Pakistan being a third world country. He said he had never visited a country like this as Pakistan is a third world country and he also went through a snatching. He clarified that he is not a Pakistani and got a visa from the embassy.

The new actor also defended his accent. He said that he speaks such clear Urdu and people in the UK always told him that. He challenged Pakistanis to go and ask any white person how his accent is and they will know that he speaks fine.
