Drama serial Parizaad is mega project produced by Hum Television. The drama is written by Hashim Nadeem and directed by Shehzad Kashmiri. The drama revolves around a tan-colored boy Parizaad who was always ridiculed and humiliated by fellows on his looks but despite being an average looking person Parizaad was a very intelligent and decent guy. The character is played by Ahmed Ali Akbar. The other cast of drama includes Kiran Tabeer, Ushna Shah, Tania Hussain, Urwa Hocane, Nauman Ijaz, Yumna Zaidi Saboor Aly and Mashal Khan.
The writer of the drama Hashim Nadeem has recently revealed details about the casting of the drama. According to the article published by Galaxy Lollywood, the writer has made a few important revelations related to drama. The writer Hashim Nadeem said that Parizaad drama was written by him as an experiment, he said that he previously wrote Ishq Zahe Naseeb as an experiment.
The ace writer Hashim Nadeem further said that Ahmad Ali Akbar was not the first choice for the character of Parizaad, but he proved himself through his stellar performance.
The writer also said that the main choice for Naheed’s character was Neelum Muneer but later on Ushna Shah was casted in the role and people appreciated her a lot in the role.
Further talking about the drama and its unique plot Hashim Nadeem said,“channel was again reluctant and afraid of showing an offbeat man-oriented plot” with Parizaad.”
