Talking about the matter, Ahmed Jahanzeb said, “There was no poet behind this; I wrote it overnight. There has been some controversy around this song, but I don’t want to go into that because it was written by me. It’s a lengthy topic that I’ll discuss later. I have many people around me who advise me, but someone else claiming credit for this song is strange. This song was written by me, and it became an overnight success.”
Speaking about the song’s success, he added, “The success of this OST belongs entirely to the public. I owe it all to them because they loved the song and made it such a huge hit. It has broken all records and trends. The song has a freshness that the audience truly connected with.”
