Ahmed Randhawa is a host and TV actor who recently made headlines after doing podcast with Saba Qamar which stirred multiple debates. Besides hosting, Ahmed Randhawa is known for dramas like Iqtidar, Bichoo and Agar. Currently, fans are liking his acting in ARY Digital’s soap serial Chaalbaaz and Geo TV’s Case No. 9. He has also done multiple modelling ventures and commercials.
A few days ago, Ahmed Randhawa appeared on Good Morning Pakistan for the promotion of his drama serial Chaalbaaz. During the show, he opened up about his ideal life partner’s qualities.
To the question, “What qualities do you think your life partner should have?” Ahmed Randhawa said, “I think the most important thing is mental compatibility. Your minds should match with each other, that you’re able to hold a conversation with each other. Also, our profession is different; an actor’s life has both highs and lows. So, my life partner should be supportive — someone who realizes that difficult times may come in life, she should have a trust in my capabilities and has faith in me that I will make something out of myself. She should be someone who stands by me in difficult times. It is understandable that girls also need security and comfort. Of course, if it’s written in fate, I will provide, Insha’Allah. But if there are ups and downs in life, then that support becomes very important — like they say, ‘Behind every successful man, there’s a woman’s hand.’ So that support system is very necessary. And values, religion, mindset, politics — all these things, I believe, come under mental compatibility too. I think values don’t necessarily have to be 100% the same”
To the question, “And how much does physical appearance matter to you?” he replied, “Looks do matter to me but I believe beauty lies in the eye of the beholder. She should look beautiful to me, I should find my partner good looking. I think there should be attraction — and everyone’s definition of beauty is different anyway”
