Aap Ki Izzat is a new drama which started airing on Hum TV. The drama is written by Umera Ahmed and directed by Saif e Hassan. The show managed to win the audience in its very first episode and fans are loving it overall. However, Sania Saeed playing Ahsan Khan’s mother was a casting choice that came under scrutiny. The lead actor has addressed it in his interview with Ambreen Fatima.
Ahsan Khan shared his point of view on Sania Saeed playing his mother in Aap Ki Izzat. The actor praised Sania and said that she is a phenomenal actress and surprisingly thet have never worked together in any project before this. Sania Saeed’s character goes from a 40 year old to now a woman in her 60s and he appreciates Sania for picking up a character for how it was written.

Ahsan Khan also hilariously added that he would have fun with Sania for playing his mother as they are very close in age in reality. Sania Saeed would come to the set of Aap Ki Izzat in jeans and top and Ahsan would say that you look more like my heroine than my mother.
