Talking about it, Ahsan Khan said, “Now the world has digitally progressed and the exposure of gadgets has become so dangerous for the kids. Everyone has a gadget these days—even underage kids are using them. My elder son is thirteen and the younger is eleven, but I haven’t given gadgets to either of them. In my house, there’s a clear rule: no personal gadgets before the age of 15. Yes, they have fixed screen time for YouTube, but not on a personal phone. Most parents don’t even know what their kids are doing online. Considering how algorithms work, anything can pop up at any time. Now, teenagers are being trapped in so many harmful situations because of these devices. Children are getting murdered, and parents are unaware of who came into the house and took their lives. She passed away while still a child—it’s truly heartbreaking. I’m not blaming anyone, but as parents, we must take responsibility.”
