Aima Baig is young, beautiful and most of all the most talented of all the singers of her generation. She was looked forward to being another Momina Mustehsan after Coke Studio but in terms of singing she is far ahead of Momina. She has sung playback songs mostly for Pakistani films. Be it Lahore Se Aaage’s fun and peppy number Befikriyan or Kalabazz Dil. She’s aced it. Her sensual singing add alot to Na Maloom Afraad’s Kaif o Suroor.
She can be touted as the first and the most successful playback singer for the new age Pakistani Cinema. She’s also related to Khara Such anchor Mubashir Luqman. She happens to be his niece. Both have also sung a cover of Summer vine which showed their hidden talent of covering English songs.
