Ali Azmat is the lead singer of iconic band Junoon. He has done a lot for Pakistani music and the music Junoon created will live on forever. Ali Azmat’s music created waves and he will be counted among the top trendsetters in Pakistani music. He has been ruling music as well as live television for decades now but things were not always easy for the singer.
Ali Azmat has become a star on his own. His hardwork put him on the map and as they say there was no looking back for the singer after that. He was a guest on Nida Yasir’s show and he spoke about how he received a lot of criticism from his family when he was starting a career in music. He said his relatives used to taunt him to become a mechanic or learn some other vocation if he actually wants to become financially stable.
His grandmother used to say to just go out and make money by singing as he is not good at anything. She felt bad as the family’s relatives did not like to meet them over Ali’s interest in music. Later on when he became a star, Ali Azmat took his grandmother to a concert who was teary eyed at his success.
