Recently, Anika Zulfiqar called Nadia Khan a “judgemental aunty” after she asked a question of her friend, designer Pareeshy Adnan. Nadia asked, “Are your parents okay with your gym collection designs because they are somehow revealing?” To which Pareeshy said that she has always had her parents’ support.
Nadia Khan’s question triggered Pareeshy’s friend Anika, who wrote, “Papa ko kaise convince kiya? Wrong girl, lol. Maybe do some research on the guest before doing a show. Pareeshy has so much inspiration and insight to offer on so many topics, and here you are asking basic judgy aunty questions. Perhaps our hosts are only habitual of doing casual desi morning show-style transmissions; they can’t think beyond that.
