Animals in Pakistan are never getting their rights and are at times treated brutally. One such incident that occurred recently was when stray dogs were killed for no reason.
Many celebrities are speaking up against the ill treatment of animals in Pakistan and the recent one joining the list is Anoushey Ashraf. She has been officially declared as the new ambassador of WWF, which is a leading organization in wildlife conversation and endangered species.
The excited Anoushey shared the news on Instagram and stated, “I can use this WWF platform for animals and our environment. It was my childhood dream to save the animals, plants and environment in Pakistan and it’s finally happening.”
Ever since I was a kid I was a big fan and a member of the @wwfpak. I wanted to help save the blind dolphins of the Indus, the snow leopards in the north and the glaciers of the Himalayas. Today, im a step closer to living that dream. Nature doesn't need us, she'll retaliate when she has to and while we fight over land, money, religion and colour…all we really need to survive as humans is to be in tune with nature and give it full respect. Pakistan is the 3rd worst hit by effects of climate change. Become a member of team Panda today and help make a difference. Nature never betrayed the heart that loved her. #wildlife #animalrights #nature #wwf #conservation #environment
