Arbaaz Khan comes from a film family. His father was a big name in the old film industry. The legacy was continued by his son Arbaaz while the daughter-in-law Khushboo has also worked in both films and dramas. He is also a very vocal celebrity and he was speaking about the downfall of cinema in Pakistan.
The actor spoke about Shaan Shahid and his role in the downfall of Pakistani films. At one point Shaan Shahid led the film industry. He was a part of every big film and his face used to sell tickets. Things however, did not go for long and films started to become obsolete. Arbaaz Khan called out Shaan Shahid openly.
He was speaking in a podcast and said that Shaan Shahid was ruling the industry. He was the main star and his face sold cinema tickets but he did not do his part for the industry. He called Shaan Shahid unprofessional. He said that Shaan used to come at 3 p.m. for a shift of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. He used to work for only 2-3 hours. His unprofessionalism was a big factor in the downfall of the film industry. His dates were always a big issue for producers as well. This ultimately lowered the quality of end product and Shaan did not do as much as he should have done being a big star.
