After his passing, Arifa Siddiqui married his student, singer Tabeer Ali, who is relatively younger than her.

Recently, Arifa Siddiqui and her husband Tabeer Ali appeared in an interview on RNN News, hosted by Naeem Hanif. In the interview, they opened up about hurdles surrounding their marriage.

Tabeer Ali said, “We connected through music. Whenever we were together, we expressed our love—one expressed it, and the other accepted it.”

Arifa Siddiqui added, “It was not a filmy kind of love story; it was more about silence. We knew we were meant for each other. At that time, given my situation, people were not ready to accept it. Without any reason, they opposed a halal relationship and raised concerns over it. We faced a lot of resistance and opposition, and some people even made very inappropriate remarks. But Allah enriched us and made us strong.” Arifa Siddiqui further added that it was Allah’s will, and their relationship was meant to happen.
