Asad Siddiqui is a multi-talented and popular Pakistani television and film actor and model who has been part of the media industry for around fifteen years. His hit TV shows include the Barat series, Surkh Chandni, Bismil, Habil Aur Qabil, Aye Musht-e-Khaak, Sinf-e-Aahan, Tera Yahan Koi Nahi, Tu Mera Junoon, Rishtay Biktay Hain, Balaa, and Paristan. Recently, fans loved his performance in Geo TV’s drama serial Shikanja. He is married to Zara Noor Abbas, one of the top Pakistani actresses, and together they are parents to an adorable daughter, Noor-e-Jahan, who is 1.5 years old.
Recently, Asad Siddiqui appeared on Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast Excuse Me. During the podcast, he opened up about being married into a pure Lahori Punjabi family.
Talking about it, Asad Siddiqui said, “We are quite different from each other. They are a pure Lahori family—pure Punjabi. Her father is a colonel, her brothers are pure Lahori, and they are all Punjabi. We are from Karachi; our family is pure Karachite and Urdu-speaking. But everything happened easily—there was no hurdle, and it happened effortlessly. She loves hanging out and meeting people, while I am an introvert. I prefer sitting at home, watching movies, working out at the gym, or spending time with a few friends. She wants to meet everyone. Everyone is good and friendly, but I tell her that not everyone is a friend.” Watch here:
