Asma Abbas was a very integral part of the blockbuser Ranjha Ranjha Kardi. She is the mother who everyone felt connected to. She made us all fall for Bhola and his antics and she was one strong mother who fought the whole world for her son. Asma Abbas nailed the character and it is considered as one of the biggest performances of her career. Asma Abas come from a very talenetde family and she though took a 20 year break from work, people still love how good she is and her presence elevates a project.
She was a guest on Mazaqraat and shared that as a child, she loved Waheed Murad and Sanjeev Kumar. Once she got Waheed Murad’s number and called him. Asma revealed that she still remembers his voice and is a fan till this day. She also loved Sanjeev Kumar and made one of her friends who could write Hindi to write a rishta letter to him.
