Ayaz Samoo is a renowned Pakistani artist who has worked as actor, model, VJ, standup comedian, host, writer and producer. His notable television appearances include Tamasha, Nand, Moor, Lucky Kabootar, Man Jao Na, Main Aur Tum 2, The Night Show with Ayaz Samoo and others. He has also won multiple comedy challenge shows including India’s Laughter Challenge and Pakistan’s Super Karara. Ayaz is happily married and has an adorable son.
Recently, he appeared in his friend and famous YouTuber Nadir Ali’s podcast. In the podcast he opened up about the struggles he faced in getting his prize car released by the channel who gifted it to him.
Talking about it, he said, “I got a Civic in Pakistan for winning the comedy show Super Karara, produced by Aaj TV. I did receive the announced gift, but you’re right — it took time because they tried to delay it by offering me half the cash or other small cars. However, my close friend and channel member advised me not to back out. They told me that the channel has the money so just try to get it released instead of settling for anything lesser than it. Later, they forced me to accept a smaller car, but I still didn’t back down. The channel owners were also on my side so they had to release the Honda Civic.
