Azra Aftab is a veteran legend of Pakistan television. She has worked in both radio and television and she has always received love for her work. The actress recently lost her beloved husband Aftab and she has been sharing the loss with her loved ones aka her fans. She was a guest on Wasi Shah’s show and spoke about her loss.
Azra Aftab spoke about how her husband is the one who made her who she is today. Her brother was the manager in PTV but she never got permission to work on screen. Her husband became the person who gave her permission to pursue her passion for acting from the very first day of their marriage and she never looked back. She was supported by him throughout their lives. She also revealed that her husband was a friend of her brother’s. He liked her and used to look at her. He never said anything but in the end sent his proposal. She is proud to be his first love.

He told her after they got married that he was scared to speak to her as she had such a strong personality.
