Discussing the details of Mahira’s makeup for her role as Billo, Babar Zaheer said, “Billo looks amazing, and her upcoming looks are awesome—you will love them. Before the wedding, we kept her look clean and cute with brown kajal. However, now that she is entering a more mature phase, there is nothing on her face except kajal and mascara. We were instructed that she needed to look like a woman with a distinct personality, a more mature woman. We actually shot Mahira’s scenes first, and her younger years, played by Aena, were filmed later. I didn’t do Aena’s look.
